Customer Care And Warranty

Quality is at the forefront of everything we do at Prestige, aiming to exceed our customers’ expectations at each stage of their journey and long into the future. While we pride ourselves on our high standard of craftsmanship in even the smallest of details, we take the concerns of our customers very seriously and aim to resolve any issues that may arise in a timely and efficient manner.
 

All of our residential park homes and holiday lodges are protected by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty as standard, beginning from the date of despatch. We also offer our customers a 10-year Platinum Seal, covering a wide range of faults relating to the structure of their property.

Should any manufacturing or structural problems occur, we advise our customers to first report an issue to their park operator. If specific help is needed, or your park are happy for you to raise the issue directly with us, our aftercare team will be in touch quickly once a report has been submitted.

No matter the location of your park or leisure home, or how seemingly small your problem may be, our customer care team will be happy to help, so you can get back to living the worry-free luxury park life as soon as possible.

Prestige give an excellent customer care service (although to be honest there have been very few items that need much attention). We are so glad we bought a Prestige.
