A hidden gem'. That's how we would describe Woodward Lakes.We took a road trip to Woodward Lakes to meet with Holiday Lodge owners to see what makes this park truly unique.
En-route, you anticipate where the road is taking you, and then you are instantly met with the charm of natural beauty in the peaceful nature of Woodward Lakes. You could almost be anywhere in the world, which is just how Lynda, a Holiday Lodge owner, describes it.
We met up with some of the owners. What can you say, you don't need a salesperson here, the owners speak volumes, and the lodges sell themselves. Couple that with a distinctive ambience of peace and tranquillity, and you have an idyllic retreat.
This park has been thoughtfully developed and set across 300 acres of land and boasts excellent facilities for a great place to unwind. Impressive lakes for fishing, stand up water paddle, kayaking, bowling green and tennis courts, there's something for everyone and many opportunities to socialise if you wish. Holiday Lodge owners on the water's edge have built pontoons, it’s very clear to see there are some very keen watersport fanatics, and fishing is also a popular hobby in the park.

Holiday Lodge ownership is undoubtedly catching on at Woodward Lakes, many of the owners have family and friends on the park; as visiting them on holidays just wasn't enough, they were hooked and bought their own luxury hideaway.
Lynda purchased a Prestige Canterbury. She says, 'I fell in love with the park and the lodges, she says I am fortunate that my daughter managed to acquire a lodge located just behind mine, we have the lake in front and we also own the lodge next to us, which we rent out. '….I wanted a holiday home by sea, but this is perfect, I couldn't describe anything better, looking over the lake'. We had a chat with Lynda, see the interview here
