It’s the ‘most wonderful time of the year’, steeped in tradition and frivolity, but sometimes we’re smiling through gritted teeth as we endure parts of the Holiday season just because “that’s the way it’s aways been done”.

As a nation, Christmas and anxiety seems to come hand in hand. In fact, last year, three in 10* Brits found themselves stressed around this time of year. And, with the current cost-of-living crisis, this has risen to more than four in 10**, with people saying that not being able to afford a “proper” Christmas, will ruin their festive season entirely.
