We have opportunities for experienced
Painters & Decorators to join the team in our Kettering or Rushden production facilities and share in our success as we continue to challenge the industry norm and drive for quality and innovation excellence.
We are constantly improving our ways of working to ensure the safety of all our colleagues. Our Covid secure measures are in place, these include mask wearing, social distancing protocols and a number of cleaning and sanitary stations around the site.
Working on modern domestic modular build homes and lodges, you’ll cover all aspects of
domestic painting and decorating which will
cover filling and patchwork, hanging of wallpaper (including vinyl and feature), as well as typically
preparing all surfaces and being able to calculate the quantity of materials required.
Working Hours:
Kettering: Monday – Wednesday: 06:00 – 18:00 rotating with Thursday – Saturday: 06:00 – 18:00
Rushden: Monday – Wednesday: 06:00 – 18:00 rotating with Thursday – Friday plus either a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday: 06:00 – 18:00

You will not be required to have a current CSCS and there is no requirement to travel to multiple sites. There is the potential for overtime however, this is not guaranteed.
Am I the right person for this job?
You’ll need to have professional experience carrying out
Painting & Decorating services, with a trade based qualification being preferred although not essential. You’ll be operating across domestic modular builds and our unique environment means you’ll be comfortable in taking a methodical and systematic approach to your work, working towards set production and quality targets. Having a good standard of verbal & written English is also key as you’ll be following and interpreting technical drawings and building plans as well as liaising with your colleagues and the Production Management team.
